Winter Plant Shipping Protection

Engineered for shipping plants through cold conditions, we recommend adding Winter Plant Shipping Protection to any order placed between November and April that ships to an area where average daytime temperatures drop below 50°F.

When shipping protection is added, your order is guaranteed to arrive healthy. Our system evaluates the weather for each shipment and applies the right level of protection. If conditions don’t call for a heat pack, one won’t be included, but your order is still fully covered by our Cold Weather Protection Guarantee.

Winter Plant Shipping Protection includes:

-Multi-day heat pack(s) when the weather calls for them
-Express shipping or thermal liners, depending on the severity of the weather
-Cold Weather Protection Guarantee: if your order arrives with cold damage, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund

If temperatures at the destination drop below 0°F, we’ll hold the shipment until the weather warms up and contact you if this happens.
