Initially I was very apprehensive about purchasing a plant online after a horrible experience with a different online vendor. I needed 3 unique gifts that I have hunted for, for over 3 months. I took a chance and placed my first order with the House Plant Shop and to my amazement I received a beautiful very full string of hearts basket. Because the plant was so nice and yet I was still weary of online plant shopping I ordered another string of hearts, same fantastic result. So hoping for 3 times a charm, I ordered a third string of hearts and thanks to UPS my luck ran out. It arrived box and plant destroyed. I quickly emailed the help desk and boy was it appropriately named help desk, they quickly resolved the issue. They were polite, professional and clearly wanted customer satisfaction. I am very pleased with the 3 string of hearts I ordered and will be ordering again from the House Plant Shop.

It was basically mush, and about 90% of the plant fell apart. I’ve tried contacting customer service several times, with no luck getting any response back. I have a few leaves left on the plant, I’m just hoping it somehow survives.
