The plant came with a clear plastic from bottom to top and holding it in place was a zip tie. The leaves were all tangled up by this procedure

Not only was my shipment heavily damaged upon arrival but the soil had some sort of moisture issue. To make things worse, customer service hasn’t answered either of my 2 emails to them trying to resolve it in the last month.

Bought two, one was younger both were 3” pots. Both arrived in great condition and have maintained their health for the past couple/few months since arriving. I keep them in a shaded area of my dining room in front of the window but not catching rays of direct light. I keep my house about 71-73 degrees always and water them from the bottom. I repotted them in clear 3” round containers from Amazon and put water in the drain tray when they start to droop a little. The youngest have budded a few flowers and the oldest have budded one. Both very healthy!

I was shocked to receive such a beautiful little plant. It is stunning for a 3inch baby. I've ordered young plants online various times and never have they looked so perfect. My cat sunk its teeth into the leaves shortly after it arriving so I wont share a photos. Both are doing well. . I'm definitely going to purchase again.
