I am upset with this one. I carefully removed the packaging and the shredded fibers used to stuff into the plant which would normally be used to minimize soil loss and plant damage, but that was not the case. Before removing the shredded packing fibers, I lost about 5 leaves right off the bat. After removing, I noticed that there was a smaller amount of soil than I had anticipated; the one vine that I lost leaves from had its roots exposed and lost 5 more leaves after removing the shreds. I thought I had maybe lost some soil in transit, but there was no loose soil in the box or other packaging.

Some leaves I believe were damaged in transport, but considering I live in Buffalo New York, this plant is beautiful and thriving. It’s been 2 weeks I believe she likes her new pot and home cause she is popping tons of new growth in the middle. I did treat with neem oil also to be safe which didn’t seem to bother her. I ordered more plants.

So pretty! I purchased 2 of the 3” pots on April 30th. They were immediately sent out via 2 day Priority…but USPS had other plans. My poor little package went on tour of the Atlanta sorting facilities for 11 days! Could these plants actually be viable by the time they got to me - my hopes were not high. Incredibly, due to the careful packaging - these plants still looked great! Houseplant Shop had been in touch while the package was “in transit” and were prepared to send new ones if needed, which I appreciated. I've ordered over a dozen plants from this site with no issues whatsoever. This poor neon bb was in transit during the historic PNW heatwave. Shipping delays included, it was boxed up and baking for almost 14 days. I fully expected it to arrive dead. Upon unboxing it was extremely sad and I wasn't sure I'd be able to salvage. After 3 weeks of babying she is full and thriving!!! No unhealthy plant could have survived this degree of abuse. Thank you houseplant shop for growing SUCH healthy bbs!!!

Plant did not handle shipping well, upon arrival many leaves were falling off and roots were beginning to rot. About 1/3 of the plant died but the remaining 2/3 is doing okay! I don’t think this was the fault of House Plant Shop however, more so the covid shipping delays, hence the 4 stars.

When my original plant came, the dirt was still wet which caused root rot. After contacting House Plant Shop they offered to send me a replacement. However when the replacement came it was covered in mealy bugs. If you recently ordered from this shop make sure to check your plants! With all that being said, House Plant Shop has amazing customer service and was helpful each step of the way. While I didn't have the best plant experience, the seller handled it the best way she could.

Really sad to update this , the Neon Pothos didnt handle the shipping well at all. Thought it would recoup but its a few days later and the roots are all rotting out and leaves falling like crazy . It was a beautiful plant and Ill try to keep it going , just a bummer

Slight delay in shipping but totally expected right now. I was so excited to see how full and colorful this plant was upon arrival. A few brown spot and tips but I believe that was from shipping to a colder climate. Beautiful, full, healthy plant. Would definitely buy from them again!

Arrived well packaged however part of the plant was limp and the healthy leaves look were burned by the heat pack. After 3 days, some of the healthy leaves have now also gone limp. I took the plant apart and the limp leaves are coming from root rot. Fingers crossed I've reacted fast enough to save the plant. In fairness to House Plant Shop, the plants traveled across the country from beautiful sunny CA to still winter like conditions in Connecticut.

The colors were as bright as pictured on the listing! Dirt fell out a bit in transit but is to be totally expected. It is so beautiful! We named him Rovert! (Get it? Vert?) (edit: I just gotta say, after some experience from other shops. THIS SHOP BY FAR HAS BEEN MY FAVORITE! After doing some shopping, I now noticed this shop will actually give you a VERY LUSH, VERY FULL, VERY HEALTHY plant for an awesome price. I've bought cuttings of other pothos from other shops on etsy and they all died on me after a week. and the price difference wasn't that big! It was maybe $3-6 less? I regret every buying from another shop. Will continue shopping from here from now on)

Shipping was delayed with a bit of a hiccup with tracking, which I blame corona for. Despite this, the shop owner was prompt and kind in her response to my message regarding shipping (which, bless her heart, I'm sure they're getting a million a day). Packaging was pretty thorough. After a good drink, my neon pothos perked right up. I was happy with the foliage; really minimal damage...some brown tips and folding of newer leaves, but nothing that I don't expect to recover. The root system seemed 50/50 in terms of being established; it certainly wasn't as extensive as the N'Joy I ordered along with this plant, but what was there looked healthy. No pests. Would recommend.

Plants arrived quickly once shipped and they were packaged nicely. There was some leaf damage/rot(the soil was very wet when it arrived) which I didnt find to be a huge deal because I figured there would be some damage but it would correct itself once it acclimated to being here. I bought two and both were beautiful and full when I got them. Im glad I got two because while one is completely thriving and doing well the other has been losing leaves due to rot and Im hoping it doesnt completely die on me ☹ï¸
Edit: Sadly, one plant died shortly after this review and after a month the other one is on its way to death. Ive treated it the same as another (healthy) neon pothos I obtained from a nursery around the same time as the ones purchased from here, and its clear that the plants I received from this shop were very weak 😢
