The soil was not secure in its pot. The packaging was also not packed securely. Some of the vines were broken and a few leaves were torn from it being damaged. I want to say I loved House Plant Shop but I’m not quite sure of how it’s packaged and receiving your plant(s) in poor conditions :/

The only 'negative' of my whole experience was a delayed shipping time but with the state of the world, it was a very very small set back. When I reached out to the store, they were polite and professional and assured me that my plants would be arriving soon. All of my plants arrived carefully packaged and vibrant, despite it being 5 days from shipment to delivery.
