I was excited to receive my new plants from House Plant Shop. I ordered the Pet Friendly Variety Bundle, which includes a Spider Reverse, Peperomia Thailand, Palm Parlor, and Fern Nidus. While the Palm Parlor and Fern Nidus arrived in good condition, the Spider Reverse's leaves were damaged. I hoped it would recover after watering, but unfortunately, it hasn't improved. :(

I just love everything about this great bundle. The packaging they came in, the care of the plants in the boxes, the beauty of the plants themselves, I will be buying more and sending them as gifts! They are gorgeous!

All dead or dying. Used the portal to report this and House Plant Shop hasn't gotten back to me in over 8 business days. Seems like a scam; definitely a waste of money.

Didn't know they had come as they were in the neighborhood lockbox until I got the required for it. But they are here in good shape. Don't know what they no instructions but still in good shape and beautiful.

I was concerned when I received a damaged box, but no worries! The plants were so well packed that they were in perfect condition! I love them and will be getting more in the future! Very happy.

Plants came quickly and fully rooted. They all seem to be taking well to my little indoor green room. I got the air purifying bundle as well and they all came together, not spilt in my box. My cat has been nuts over the spider plant lol he loves it more than catnip or cat grass so that plant isn’t looking it’s best understandabley after having a few nibbles taken out. My one big pet peeve was though on arrival none of my plants were labeled at all. Which was frustrating because than I had to download an app to tell me the ones I didn’t know already. And even then that got confusing cause they were different varieties of what the app told me. So maybe send a little stake or note with the names of the plants? Besides that 10/10 great plants and great company

Very pleased with my plants! I was nervous when I got the package because the delivery driver set the box upside down, (it was clearly labeled ‘this side up’). However, when I opened the box I realized the plants were so securely packaged that they weren’t phased in the slightest by the shipping process. All plants arrived in excellent shape with no pests that I could detect. It’s been a few days since they arrived and they seem healthy and happy.

Came promptly and in great shape.. only one leaf was damaged. These were wrapped and packed in special bags to protect them from the cold.

Plants are healthy and look great! Originally I received a shipment where the box was damaged and the plants froze due to the cold winter temperatures. The customer success team sent me a new shipment right away and they arrived with no problems.

I like that there was an option to have a few of them all at once. The fern and small palm look great. The spider plant died after only 2 days. The peperomia lost many leaves in the packaging but hooping that the stems will grow more soon. Otherwise I will have to say good bye to another plant

I had an amazing experience ordering the plants! They were all packed with care aside from a little soil, were completely intact. They're healthy, happy, and thriving!

The plants came very well wrapped and three were quite healthy. However, the spider plant is not. It only had 5 fronds (leaves? not sure if they are leaves on a spider plant?) and three of them are very loose and only partially attached at the root. I left in the grow pot it came in and am treating it very gingerly. I will see if it lives. The other three plants look great, so I am happy with those. I purchased a collection of four plants, and a spider plant was on my wish list , so I am disappointed that one is the one that isn't very healthy.

Not sure I received the right plants with the pet friendly since I got a pothos and snake plants and monstera but they came so nicely packaged and beautiful

I received my four plants a day earlier than shipping expected. They were all well-packaged, and in good shape despite days of travel! The plants came in excellent condition for being in the mail for 5-6 days. A few slightly wilted or shriveled leaves but it was clear that that was from being boxed up for so long. The plants I ordered were more mature than I expected too, but that is great! Definitely would buy again from House Plant Shop again.

I received my intial order in a cold snap which cause the plants to do while in transit. I provided the details and the customer service team sent a replacement order at no expense. I extremely pleased with the replacement plants and will be returning to purchase more plants in the future.

I love surprises, so not knowing exactly what Id receive in this bundle was exciting. They showed up today, and I love them. The box was left on its side on my porch, despite the huge sticker showing which side was up, so I was a little worried unpacking them. But they were packaged with lots of care and sustained no damage at all. Shipping was extremely fast as well. Theyre just gorgeous and I cant wait to see them grow. I received my beautiful plants in a well package box no tip over noted. There was also a warm pack still warm when I opened the box. Going to let my plants climate repot them bring them to work to get more oxygen in our closed room. Thanks kindly General question how soon should I water and how long should I wait to repot?

The customer service I received from House Plant Shop was excellent! But, try as he might, he can't do anything about the weather. It just takes too long for the plants to get from the CA to Boston in the winter, even with a heat pack. I should've realized this. Even so, I have one healthy plant and one that's trying to recover from frost bite. I'll order again in the spring.
