My Burgundy Rubber Plant arrived with multiple damaged leaves and one of the lower leaves was zip-tied, crushing it. Was pretty disappointed and when I reached out to customer support for an exchange or replacement, they advised me to just cut the damaged leaves off. Not a favorable first experience, and to top it off— it was infested with aphids. Will not be a returning customer.

one negative comment concerns your choice in shipping. UPS will NOT deliver to my home. I am required to go to their store and retrieve my package. By the
time they notify me and I can make travel arrangements
another 24 hours have passed. In dealing with live plants this is crucial.
