Ivy arrived in good condition. This was my first House Plant Box subscription and I was expecting a physical care card guide to come with my plant, as that is what the website advertises. I only received my plant. I reached out via email which took longer than 24-48 hours to respond, during a workweek, and they directed me to a "digital care card", which is not what I want. They still have not responded to my reply when asked "are care cards no longer given out, only digital QR codes?" - and I am trying to be patient, I want to continue with my monthly subscription. But I joined - and the physical care cards (not a QR code to scan) was one of the reasons I selected this company to try. They even sell a binder to put your "care cards in". I wanted to buy it but so far I am being directed to a digital library about my plant. I did not get any "thank you" or care card delivered with my first plant box subscription. That said, the plant arrived healthy, I was unsure what to do with the twine she arrived with, she had less soil than I thought she would once it was removed. The company hasn't offered to mail me my card card (only directed me to an online version, which I can't use when the power is out for days on end in Florida). I have lived through 3 hurricanes with power outages. I really liked the idea of the PHYSICAL care cards delivered with each plant. This is an important aspect the company pushed with their memberships and products but failed to deliver on.

This plant came to me perfectly!! It is so beautiful you might think it's artificial or silk but it is amazingly real. I used to have a lot of varieties of Ives and they just keep giving. I will make more purchases in the future

Im in love and seriously charmed by this plant. Due to shipping and my own procrastination the plant ended up in darkness for like 5 or 6 days, but when I opened up the package (which btw, this plant was unbelievably well packaged, I was so impressed) the plant was gorgeously healthy with not a single issue or blemish. Really freaking cute on top of being obviously healthy and well cared for before being shipped out, this is a wonderful and low maintenance buy at an extremely reasonable price. 10/10.
