So, I’m pretty new to Pothos so this could be a misguided review — but mine came extremely root bound, to the point where it took me a very long time to re-pot it, and has left me a little concerned about future orders.

I was very excited with the gift of plants from my children. Unfortunately, the first plant I received seems sparse and had a few yellow leaves, and a dead leaf. I decided to call customer service and spoke with Chandler. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with his assurances that all would be made right. I followed his instructions, and when the plant didn't do any better, a replacement was sent. Whoa - what a difference. I did some sleuthing on the website and it seems I was sent cuttings instead of a plant, which explained a lot. I am now very happy with my new plant and looking forward to the next one. I ordered 2 and they came well packed and healthy, so don't order in winter time because the back of shipping trucks aren't heated . But yeah, I've have them for over a month now and they are growing fast in bright light, so don't do direct sun or marble color won't come through.

It took a long time to receive my two Photos and a pancake plant because of the snowstorm. The Pothos arrived so sick and dying. The pancake plant was not in a good condition but survived. I talked to House Plant Shop and he sent me the replacement package for all three. In addition, one of the Pothos he sent me wowed me - it was very big, leafy and beautiful. I think he carefully selected one of the best Pothos he has. I really appreciate his service and care. All plants from this shop are very healthy, shiny and doing well. I will come back here happily when I need other plants.

While the plant looked healthy when it arrived, it soon started to show signs of root rot. About half of the plant (its a few different propagated stems in a single pot) has died or rotted through to the stem. The potting medium that it shipped in was still wet when i opened the box and was still wet a few days afterwards. Hopefully the rest of the plant will make it.

Gorgeous plant! So much bigger and so much more growth than I had anticipated! Nice and securely wrapped, clean soil and roots, and very little leaf damage. There was originally an issue with shipping, but House Plant Shop was very communicative and understanding when I reached out and let me know as soon as she had a new tracking number for me.

I was pleasantly surprised to see how full the golden pothos was in particular, as it was much larger than I had expected. They are so cute and make my home much more cheerful, settled in hanging pots. I also appreciate House Plant Shop wrapping the plants in paper instead of plastic to reduce plastic waste. :)
