First one arrived dead and black. Replacement was sent quickly. That was great. Replacement arrived in poor condition as well. Try as I might I couldn’t save it… gave up on this plant. Will try a different plant. This one just didn’t work out well.

Surprised out of my rocking chair…. This order was arrived black, wilted and out of pot with no soil around plant.. was very upset and disappointed…. After many back and forth communications a replacement plant was sent…. I had no confidence it would be any different than the first… AMAZED and SURPRISED……perfection… plant was still not in pot but the plant was perfect otherwise. Very pleased…. Would definitely consider ordering from this company again.

This little guy looked a little rugged upon arrival. I watered immediately as it was bone dry (not an issue), a couple of leaves were burned I’m sure from the cold journey.
I trimmed the black leaves, left it in bright, indirect light. As of today, one week, it looks like it will be ok. I’m hoping.
