I was so eager to receive this gorgeous plant and the rest of my $200+ order but did not receive the shipment. I contacted you, HousePlantShop only to get NO RESPONSE via the phone number on your website AND NO RESPONSE via email. I also contacted UPS and they informed me that the sender has to file a claim. How can I get my money reimbursed if HousePlantShop is ghosting?
