My plants were dead when they arrived. I ordered with heat packs and tge plants had died when they got here. I am do disappointed. The next morning all plants were wilted drooping .the following week the plants leaves were turning brown. Its obvious the plants were harmed by the cold. I would like a refund or the plants replaced.

Are packaging allows for dirt to escape quite a bit plants arrived very loose and lots of broken foliage. Keep in mind these are shipping from the Florida area.

I was very impressed with my purchase of the low light bundle. I received 4” size and the photo I sent with this comment is a plant I received in the bundle only 2 weeks ago now in a 6” pot. Every plant came in looking absolutely perfect in every way. The plants were packaged carefully with care and very ready to be transplanted into bigger pots. These would make excellent gifts. Have bigger pots and soil on hand for your new plants!
