I ordered 'Amagris' (top image in photo) and received the species (bottom image). The House Plant Shop contact form sends an automatic reply when you send a comment about an order, saying that they will respond within 48 hours, but I've heard nothing back after 4 business days. I don't think they actually have 'Amagris' to sell. I will not be buying from HPS again.

Received burle-marxii but not the amagris variant. Much wider lines on leaves, looks completely different from image.

This Ctenanthe burle-marxii 'Amagris' arrived in excellent condition, very well packaged. I just love this plant! Love the color of the leaves, and the fullness of it. It fits on my plant shelf with other Calatheas and is doing great, even getting new leaves. Thanks, House Plant Shop for the Sale that made me able to purchase.
