Very disappointed. The plant arrived either dead already or in horrible and pathetic condition. Using their contact method to complain was difficult and a response was very slow. After several days though a representative did email back and even offered to look at my photos and give me a refund - but only if I send in photos of the dead plant. Dear friends I threw this mess out and marked them down as too inept and not to be dealt with any further. You’ve been warned. You may have better luck than I but from my experience I would really doubt it.

The plant is lovely. Unfortunately, even with the added protection, all the top leaves turned black and curled up. The top 2 inches were dead. I am a senior and have no way of taking a picture but it is not much of a gift. Not your fault but I’m disappointed in Denver!

Meet Vina White! She’s gorgeous! She had a few spots on her leaves nothing major. She seems to be stunted with unfurling her new leaves but she was stuck with the post office a few days longer than it should’ve been plus when I got her I hosed off her roots so she will just take a little time to acclimate. I know my other calatheas are far more dramatic than she has been over repotting.
