Philodendron 'Summer Glory'

I’ve been buying plants here for the last couple of years. Sad to say this is my first big disappointment. It arrived in about a week or so. Opening revealed about half the leaves to be dead and a lot more dropping. To date it’s lost about 75-80% of its growth and still going. The plant was immediately repotted; I was surprised at how saturated the shipping medium appeared to be [could be just me]. Right now I’m waiting for it to stabilize…lots of yellow leaves. I should note that the temperature here was in the high 50s, low 60s during shipping.

It came with many shriveled leaves and now is almost dead. I tried cutting the damaged leaves to see if new ones will replace them. I am waiting a bit to see if there’s any hope of saving the plant ML Charles
