Item received a day later than the stated estimated arrival range. Packaging was in good condition. The plant had wilted a bit and a few leaves had turned black at the edges, likely due to the extreme weather, but is being revived with placement in a warm area with proper humidity.

Quality was just fine however the shipping was not good at all. The plant and dirt was not packed good so shipping was a a disaster. The dirt was loose and spilled out in the box and the plant just came out of the planter. The plant and dirt could have been packed much better

The plants arrived. They are alive, but cold and pretty beat up. It looks like there was one heat pack included (for two plants) but I don't think it lasted very long or did much. Everything was very chilly when they arrived. I tried several times to email House Plant Shop to let them know it's very cold here - and zero reply. Won't be ordering from here again.
