I got my plant in horrible condition and it's losing leaves, but I think I got it back so I'm just still trying !!! I contacted right away with pictures, I also didn't get what I paid for I got a plant that looked like it should have been in a 4" pot not 6" really I think they ripped me off and all they wanted to give me for it was 5 % off of buying another plant from them !!! I really don't think this is a place to get from !!!! I think another on line plant store would do A LOT BETTER JOB AT SENDING a plant !!!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️

This is how I received my plant I sent you an email as soon as I received with the pictures I've added !!! I replanted in a little bigger pot and so far so good !!! But I doubt I will buy from this company again !!! I emailed them no answer you tell me by the pictures and no answer back if you would order again !!! The only reason they go 2 stars is because my plant is still alive NO THANKS TO THEM BUT ALL THANKS TO ME !!!

Well it looked great when it first came and then some leaves started to brown to I decided to change the soil and check the roots. A few of the stems had absolutely no roots that’s why they were browning and dying. I’m assuming they probably cut up and propagated back right into soil. Which is pretty common but in that case the soil needs to remain pretty wet at all times I wish the seller would communicate that it was more of a propagation rather than an established rooted plant. But I propped some of them into water and planted some of the rooted ones. Hopefully it will take off and fill out. Overall I would purchase from this seller again with caution.
