Arrived broken leaves and droopy

Much smaller than picture. Arrived with rubber band around the stem of the plant; I think maybe it slipped off the pot. Some of the potting material was outside the wrapper, so it went everywhere when unwrapping it. Also, there was no care card enclosed with it. I was very impressed with my previous order, so this one was disappointing.

I ordered a 2in pot initially and mistakenly got a different plant instead. The House Plant Shop sent me a beautiful, healthy 4in pot instead at no extra cost. Jade is doing well so far! Can't wait for it to grow into a more robust plant.
