Was my first plant experience ever! Very happy with their service. I received a snake plant, peace lily, croton, golden potho's and I think this was an accident but I also got two baby melo's which kick started my alocasia plant collection. This website has a customer for life! Every plant I get from them are always so healthy and no pest!

3 plants came as expected and in good condition. Even though the description says song of India, which i was most excited for, I received a damaged croton that i really don’t want. I contacted the shop on friday and they still haven’t got back to me and it’s Wednesday. The croton has ripped leaves that needed pruning off and certain white/gray spots that seem to be from pests. there were extremely small worms in the soil, google says nematodes

i was supposed to get dracaena song of india but i got a croton instead and the leaves aren’t in the best condition. one is ripped in half and others have damage too. The other plants are correct and look to be in good condition. I haven’t looked at the roots yet tho

Beautiful plants! Arrived in excellent shape! I was worried because it got much colder while they were being transported, but were packaged so well. Also loved that you gave great instructions to acclimate them to our home! Thank you- love these house plants!

Pleasantly please with the plants. They traveled across the US and arrived in good shape. One had fallen out of the pot (no fault of House Plant Shop) but the roots are very much alive and replanted so it should be fine. Again, No Fault on House Plant Shops part. Plants came in great condition and packaged nicely. I purchased a surprise pack and knowing I didn't get to choose my plants, I did think I would get a list of what came to me in the package. I'm nee to the plant life and trying to learn. I tried to pick them out from the list of possible plants on the description but I think I have one that wasn't on the list. Definitely satisfied and recommend but would love a list with what I receive so I can properly care for them.

The plants arrived safely. Some pots lost some of the soil, but not a lot. The fern and another plant had leave tips that were starting to dry and yellow though. I wish House Plant Shop had left notes/cards with the name of each plant so I could identify them and care for them properly. I have 4 new plants now and have no idea how to water them and which plant prefer what type of light etc. This is very frustrating, to say the least. Otherwise the plants are healthy, beautiful. I'd buy them again if House Plant Shop were more thoughtful about identifying the plants for the customer and advice how to care for them.
