The plant arrived the day after Christmas. Upon opening, the contents were very cold and the heat pack had expired and was cold also. Fortunately, even though the peperomia was chilled and lost a few leaves, the plant seems to be doing well. A very nice plant. I would definitely purchase from this nursery again.

Parlor Palm arrived alive and in great condition even being shipped from CA to MI during mild winter weather. They are currently in my indoor greenhouse to acclimate after shipping. Plant is much larger than expected and beautiful. House Plant Shop was always in contact with me same day and that made me feel really taken care of.
