Meet the Seed
We are now offering select vegetable and fruit seeds! With options for both spring and fall seeds, our seed collection will keep you busy (and fed) year round! All of our seeds were carefully selected and they are GMO certified.

Light
South Facing Garden: If you’re blessed with a South facing garden zone then pick this place to plant your vegetable garden. This area gets the most sunlight which is very important for seeds to establish themselves and produce fruits or vegetables.

Pet Friendly
Please note that not every seed may be pet-safe. We strongly recommend doing your own research to ensure the plants you’re growing are safe for your pets.

Water
If you see your garden as a life-time (or at least a longtime) investment then go for an automatic watering system. Seeds need tons of water so you’ll need to water them everyday unlike houseplants that can suffice from weekly watering sessions. If you don’t want to invest in a watering system then hand watering will do, just water everyday and make sure you’re not showering the plant instead focus the water flow towards their roots.
Additional Watering tip: For optimal watering sessions try watering your plants early in the morning or late evenings after the sun has gone down. Watering your plants during peak sun times leads to faster evaporation.

Common Problems Q&A
Why aren’t my seeds germinating?
There are several reasons why seeds may not be germinating, including improper temperature, lack of moisture, or planting them too deep. Make sure you're using fresh, quality seeds and that you’re following the recommended planting depth and spacing for each type. Also, ensure the soil is kept moist but not soggy, and the temperature is within the ideal range for that specific plant.
How can I prevent seedlings from getting leggy?
Seedlings become leggy when they don’t get enough light, causing them to grow tall and spindly. To prevent this, provide your seedlings with plenty of direct sunlight or use grow lights for about 12-16 hours a day. Additionally, avoid keeping the seedlings too far from the light source, and if necessary, rotate them to ensure even growth.
What’s the best way to transplant seedlings into the garden?
To transplant seedlings successfully, wait until they have at least two sets of true leaves and the outdoor temperature is appropriate for the plant. Harden them off by gradually exposing them to outdoor conditions for several hours a day over a week. Dig a hole slightly larger than the root ball, gently place the seedling, and water well after planting. Be careful not to damage the roots.
