my phylodendron birkin is beautiful. it made the trip in very good condition, if I had to say 1 thimg you probably not do is use zip ties on the plants anymore. mine came thru ok. my suggestion for future pkging is not to use zip ties on the plants. use paper or some other pkging. not elastics or plastic wrap as these things don't play nice.. these things have a tendency of severely harming the plants. you got lucky with my plant. it is alive so far & doing so far. I have had a week now. thank you & I hope you change your packaging policies,

I paid to have these heat packs in with the plants on every delivery and not one box has had a heat pack. No other company I have dealt with charges for special packaging for plants. Would like a refund for missing heat paks

May have worked since plant arrived in good shape, but no warmth to pack or package. If it warms for 3 days, it had 2 days at the cold end of the trip without heat. The insulating bubblewrap must have extended the window. So overall it was good, just not excellent which would still be warm on arrival.

My plants arrived in amazing condition, despite the cold weather and negligence of UPS. The box was a bit smashed on the top, and was laying horizontally rather than vertically. I was a bit worried to open it up, but was relieved to see that my plants were packaged very well and did not sustain any damage. The soil was still moist and the heat pack was still warm, even after three days and 900 miles of shipping. Each plant was carefully wrapped in a plastic liner, placed in a paper bag, and secured with rubber bands. They were all healthy and vibrant, and did not have any bugs or pests. If you order from House Plant Shop, you will be very impressed with the quality of their plants, just like me!

My plants in that shipment took a hit. 2 of the 3 are suffering aThe one plant sent separately came packed with the winter packaging and was great. Plant is doing great.
