Shipping Protection

For a small one-time fee, Plant Protection provides added peace of mind while your plants are in transit. If your covered shipment is lost by the carrier or arrives with shipping-related damage, we'll replace the affected plants at no additional cost.

Coverage includes:
• Shipping damage
• Lost packages
• Carrier mishandling
• Severe weather damage during transit

Not covered:
• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Orders left outside for an extended period after delivery
• Normal plant acclimation or minor cosmetic imperfections
• Issues unrelated to shipping

If you need to file a claim, simply contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the shipment if applicable. We'll review your claim and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Plant Protection is non-refundable once your order has shipped and applies only to the original shipment.
