It was packaged well. I'm just not sure about the plant itself. It didn't look happy but I thought it just needed out of the box and some time to recover from shipping process. It's still not very happy. I've done everything per info I received with the plant but still not happy. I think it's barely clinging to life. I'm going to give it a little longer. Ourchased a staghorn and rope hoya. My intention is to get a face figure for the tope hiya and make it "dreadlocks." My plan with the staghorn is to place in a deer head that is cut from a piece of wood.
