This was a gift for a friend. She said she likes it but wasn't very convincing? She refused to send me a photo of it. Just said it needs some TLC. The picture posted are my Hoya's, all from this site, which are doing fabulous. I'm not sure if she just doesn't like it because it's not her style or if something is wrong with it.

Unfortunately the initial shipment came damaged. I contacted customer service and got a very quick response…they addressed my issue quickly, asked how I wanted to proceed, and shipped a replacement as I asked for. The new plant was beautiful and I was extremely happy how easy it was and how helpful the customer service was!

Unfortunately, the plant I received the month before was also dead. Sent pictures of it also, and no replacement sent. So, not sure yet about service

I love this plant. It was in pretty good condition when I got it, but I pruned back a damaged part and it immediately starting growing healthy leaves.

A few leaves arrived with slashes in them (maybe from delivery) but the overall plant was packaged well and so healthy. I trimmed those leaves off and the plant looks beautiful.
