I didn’t receive the plant that was pictured on their site. HPS’s customer service was great in trying to rectify the issue. I did request for them resend the correct plant, but with my luck that was a fail as well since i was sent the same incorrect plant. However, this time I did request a partial refund, which they’re currently working on.
Funny enough the plant I received from them isn’t pictured anywhere on their site.

This is a great little plant. It arrived quicker than expected which is great! It arrived healthy and is loving its new home!

What did they do to this poor plant? It looks nothing like the pictures. I tried to give this shop another chance, but dang... Another disappointing purchase. I'm not going to let this poor thing die, but they need to get it together. I hope my other plant arrives safely, but for now I'm putting this shop on my "do not buy" list.
