I ordered a philodendron Billietae. The plant that I received was not a philodendron Billietae. I also paid for express shipping and it took 10 days for the incorrect plant to arrive and it was damaged. Customer service has been non existent. I have tried to contact them through email, on the website and through their customer service voicemail service and no one has responded after a full week. I was however asked to review the plant that I received. Go figure. 1 out of 10. I would not recommend.
