box was not packed properly. plant was severely damaged and will not survive. Customer service continues to give me the run-around rather than a refund. Horrible service will tell my 30,000+ followers not to use your company.

Plants came really fast! The internal boxing and individual wrappings looks like it kept the plants snug and protected. Love the plants I got, will get some more when I need some more green!
