Meet the Fittonia
The Fittionia is a spreading evergreen perennial with delicately veined, deep-green leaves. Although the most popular vein color is silvery-white, you can also readily find varieties with veins in red, pink, white, and green.
Fittonias prefer bright, indirect light. Low light can cause the foliage to loose some of its color and too much sunlight can scorch the leaves.
FFittonias love to stay consistently moist. Water thoroughly when the top 50% of soil is dry. If you let your ittonia dry out too much you will notice limp leaves. But don't worry, once you give your plant a thorough watering the leaves will perk right up.
Your Fittonia will thrive in average indoor temperatures between 65-80°F.
