My first order came damaged so I contacted customer service and they immediately placed a replacement order. The replacement I received was so beautiful and healthy. One of the leaves got scared because of the shipping but otherwise the plant is doing really well and even has a baby plant growing from the soil.

This baby is THRIVING! Though upon opening the package it didnt have very much soil in its pot (but also not much in the bottom of the box, so I'm unsure if maybe they packaged it with minimal soil for a reason?). I McGyver'ed a stake for it as it was already quite big when I unboxed it! Getting ready to repot it in the near future!

The post office delayed my package and then shoved it in my mailbox I just knew that that plant was headed for the garbage, but to my surprise when I opened the box. The first one I got I wasn’t completely pleased with but they more than made up for it with this replacement mini monstera. It was so big it barely fit in the box. The trouble I had before was a grower issue that’s bound to happen from time to time. I appreciate the steps they took to resolve the issue

The plant came really beat up. Majority of the soil had been out of the package and the plant can barely even stand by itself without tipping over. Every leaf was damaged and there were brown edges and spots on the leaves. It took almost an entire month for it to recover, and now I have a new leaf! Packaging could’ve been better, but I do live in NY, so the plant traveled across the country. Overall, I’m happy about the plant.

My first plant came pretty damaged, so this was a replacement and I LOVE how full and healthy it is. However, it looks nothing like all the other mini monstera I’ve seen in person and online. I bought a small one a few months back from a local nursery and wanted to fill in that one with this plant and I can’t because they look like two completely different plants. Not a knock against House Plant Shop, I just wonder what kind of plant I actually got from them :)

Having a little trouble with this plant the leaves always get brown almost rotted spots on them ALL THE TIME causing me to cut them off. No bugs or overwatering whatsoever so I’m thinking taking out of ceramic pot and using nursery pot for more air circulation. Possibly distilled?

I love this plant so much I can’t wait to watch it grow! It did come with some damage to the leaves but it will grow newer ones in no time. The color of the leaves were very dull when I received it, but I am hoping with more light it will give the leaves the lush green I am wanting. Over all I love this plant, the roots were very healthy and hasn’t died on me yet so I am one happy girl!

I have been searching for an affordable version of this plant for some time now. Very happy to finally have one in my collection. It lost a few leaves, but that is to be expected given it is very hot outside. It is recovering just fine though, and I am sure it will be giving me new growth soon. I decided to give it a stake to grow up. I have to say, I have been ordering plants online for years, and this is my new go to spot! Much more affordable than other places, careful packaging, quick shipping, healthy plants, it doesn't get better than this!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
My first plant arrived in horrible condition. Most of the soil was in the box, not in the pot. The leaves were totally limp and mostly brown. I immediately contacted customer service. The young man I spoke with apologized and offered me a refund or another plant. He did not ask for any proof. I elected to have the plant replaced. Yesterday, I received my replacement plant. As you can see, it is in excellent condition.

The package shipped fairly fast, the only hang up was I did get refunded a Pothos I bought and it took a tad longer to get here because of that, BUT I’m very happy with my new plant ❤️ FedEx definitely tossed him around a bit, but I just reported them and gave him a little support with some skewers I have, hopefully I’ll get a moss pole for them soon haha

My plant is beautiful, but I took a star off because it looked like Bigfoot squashed the package! As a result, the plant was halfway out of the container and lost half of its soil. No problem, though. I reported it right away, and now it's big and beautiful. I love it!

I named him Zuko, he’s doing very well. It’s been about a year since I first received him in the mail. He’s really low maintenance, and grows really fast. I had to trim him because he grew a new vine and it accidentally broke off… but he’s okay! I live in New York and he stayed by the window all year round. I love it, super awesome plant!

This plant came to me a little beat up. I have one new shining leaf that is beautiful but its main larger leaf got broken in half during shipping, such a shame! any way, not House Plant Shops fault that no one who delivers plants is careful with the box. Its a great plant and I will make sure it is happy and healthy so i can get some new leaves growing to replace the damaged one.

The plant itself is beautiful, has at least two air roots and over a dozen leaves. The shipping was terrible to it, even though a fragile and a “this way up†sticker was placed clearly on the box. That in itself caused all the soil to spill so I ended up repotting it. I love my plant and the communication was great! 10/10

Plant came in excellent condition. No visible pests or damage to leaves. I repotted it after about a couple of months and the roots looked great too. Its thriving now with pretty minimal care and just unfurled its first new leaf after arrival. Will grow into a true wonder. Thank you!

Highly impressed with the quality of shipping and the plants. I live nearly on the opposite coast from this shop and was nervous to purchase because of the distance and weather, but they did very well. They got here so fast! This monstera was the only one that looked affected from the trip. The top leaves are slightly wilted and a couple of the bottom leaves came off in the transit but nothing that can't be regrown or salvaged. The customer service is top notch - House Plant Shop is friendly and attentative. I felt like I was in good hands. I will definitely be ordering again, especially bundles. Quality store, great customer service, and stellar shipping quality!
