I'm always very happy with my experience with the House Plant Shop.
But they seem to be getting better. The packing box had a 'notch' in it this time so the plant couldn't move around. And the way the plant was packaged inside was great for humidity.

I've always gotten beautiful plants from you, and you take care in packaging extremely well. Sadly I'm not sure my plant is going to make it, she was frozen and many leaves were falling off, some just by touch. She's fragile right now, I'm trying to acclimate her slowly and hope she pulls through. She's gorgeous, and I don't feel it's due to anything at your end. It's who it was shipped through, as it took over a week to arrive and exposed to low temps most of it. Next time I order it'll be in the warmer mos.!

I bought this back in June and forgot to review it. It came in a 4" pot and is doing beautifully. It's home has been a 6" pot for some time now; I inserted a moss pole when I transplanted the plant to the 6" pot in the hopes that it would rein it in. However, it really didn't, as the plant had other ideas. Of course a plant like this should be hung, although it would reach the floor soon. The light source is solely a grow light panel. I water it with distilled water.

There must’ve been some issue with shipping, the plant arrived much later than the other item I ordered it with. The plant had also come out of the 6” pot and was loose in the packaging when I opened the box. She is very droopy and there is some slight browning to her leaves but hopefully after repotting her and getting some water it will be alright. She is still a gorgeous plant, I love all the colors, and can’t wait to watch her grow

A very nice number of growths, but I'm knocking a star as it arrived quite wet with the medium covered in mold and a couple rotting leaves. This was the ONLY plant in my large order to have that problem though, so it was probably a fluke.

Purchased the 6inch NJoy (also a Hoya Obovata). It was shipped from CA to VA, and it survived. NJoy was a little dehydrated, but perked up after giving it some water. It's so full and it's trailing. I'm planning on propagating some and make another basket of NJoy. Beautiful plant. Thriving.

I love my other plant I received in the same order! But my Pothos "NJoy" might not have handled the long shipping very well (to be fair it came a long way). But the leaves have just been dying and when I'm pruning it it just seems like the leaves were planted on its own. I'm going to try to give it a bit more TLC and then transfer to a pot with new soil to hopefully revive it!
