She arrived during an ice storm. But this was not houseplantshop.com's fault. I paid for express shipping. I could've (should've) gotten her on Satudurday, Sunday, or Monday. All were very nice and sunny days. Why they waited until an ice storm is beyond me? Luckily, the plant is alive and strong. She warmed up quickly. Seems fine except for some frost damage on 1 leaf, as you can see in the photo. I will continue to buy more. I just wish shipping partners were more considerate of the fact it's a live plant and not hold it 3 days longer than necessary.
